Q1: What's the difference between PM10 and PM20?
PM10 has a PCADR of 300 m³/h, while PM20 is 400 m³/h and includes a heating function.
Q2: Why should households consider buying an air purifier?
Pollen in spring, formaldehyde release in summer, wildfire smoke in autumn, and poor ventilation in winter all impact indoor air quality. Dust mites, mold, and other allergens can also pose health risks. An air purifier ensures clean, healthy air for your family in every season.
Q3: How many layers of filtration does the purifier use?
Four layers:
1. Large particles like pet hair, dander, plant seeds
2. PM2.5, pollen, bacteria, viruses
3. VOCs like formaldehyde, toluene, TVOC
4. Long-term decomposition of formaldehyde into CO₂ and water (no replacement needed)
Q4: What do the four air quality color levels mean on the display?
Real-time air quality with four color levels: green (excellent), yellow (good), orange (mild), red (heavy pollution).
Q5: How many sensors are built into the device?
Seven sensors: PM1, PM2.5, PM10, formaldehyde, TVOC, temperature, and humidity — all auto-detect and adjust in real time, displaying accurate pollution levels.
Q6: How do I activate the Auto Power-On function?
By default, this feature is turned off and can be enabled in the app.
Q7: How many operating modes are available?
Three modes with 1–10 fan speeds:
– Auto Mode: Smart sensing and adjustment
– Comfort Mode: Quiet and ideal for sleep
– Pet Mode: Strong purification for pet households
Q8: How long does the filter last, and will I receive a reminder when it needs replacement?

You can trigger this feature by using the Auto Mode
– For one person: wind follows your position
– For multiple people: wind swings between both sides
Q10: What's the difference between recommended room size and even purification coverage?
Recommended room size is based on CADR, assuming the air is already well-mixed. But in real life, pollution is uneven, so we use even purification coverage to show how far our airflow reaches. With Dreame's 10-meter wind projection, we cover up to 157㎡, meaning air gets cleaned everywhere, not just nearby.
Q11: Why is even purification more important than just room size?
Because in real life, air isn't evenly mixed. Pollutants collect in corners, around furniture, and in closed spaces. A high CADR is not enough if clean air can't reach those areas. Dreame's Dualflow system pushes clean air further and distributes it more evenly — ensuring the whole room is truly purified.
